SQL Farm Combine is a scale-out tool and framework for working with many SQL Servers, instances, and databases in parallel. Combine is a leading SQL Server deployment tool that allows users to execute scripts and push changes to many databases and servers in parallel, automate SQL Server deployments, and move changes from Development to QA and to Production. Combine also offers distributed querying and data collection capabilities to return data from all databases and SQL server instances in a single result set: Users can query multiple databases and SQL servers or instances, receive one result set from all servers, save results to databases or datawarehouses, and so on. Using Combine, it is easy to query performance metrics and retrieve custom data from all databases and servers in one click, without any remote agents or installations. SQL Farm Combine allows database administrators (DBAs) automate project releases, stop SQL services on all network instances, and administer a farm of SQL Server instances the same way they manage a single database today. The tool also offers command line executions and deployment to support scheduled deployments and changes. Redistributable components and licenses are available as well.
